Restaurant KOKS in the Faroe Islands has won The Nordic Prize for best restaurant in the Nordic countries. This was revealed at the Nordic Prize Galla Award, hosted at NOMA in Copenhagen in May 2015. KOKS fought off tough competition from some of the very best restaurants within the region, such as Esperanto from Stockholm, Marchal from Copenhagen, ASK from Helsinki, and Ylajali from Oslo.
